We are a woman owned Internet business that as been involved with selling quality CD & DVD storage since 2001. Our number one rule is dedication to the needs of our customers and in this we are proud of our extremely high success rate. Our customers are our number one priority. I ordered three of one item in three different colors. Within hours of my order, the customer service department contacted me to let me k now one of the colors was on backorder and offered me the choice of the other colors or to wait. They were right on top of everything. My order arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. The items were exactly as described. I will be making several more purchases from them in the near future and would recommend them to everyone!!

I am amazed at your fast service. I just tracked my order to find that it left Anaheim on April 7 and is on the local truck for delivery to my home today, April 10. Thank you for this great customer service!

On January 29th I ordered the Trans Deco TD020 Cd DVD storage shelving unit for my son. Your service is simply unbelievable!!!!! When I arrived home from work on Friday, January 30th, the box was already sitting on our patio. Delivery within 48 hours!!!! How do you do it? Delivery was my only issue and not a cdrackem.com problem. It was shipped via UPS and delivered to a neighbor around the corner from me. The address information printed on the box was correct ... just an inept UPS driver. Because it was so heavy and I thought it would be more trouble than it was worth, I went to my neighbors house, opened the box, transferred all of the pieces to my car (it was EXTREMELY heavy) and brought the pieces and the box back to my house. I am a very strong woman but had spinal surgery this year and wouldnt risk trying to move the entire box. I dont hold cdrackem.com responsible for this error in delivery.

Outstanding customer service. The peice I ordered arrived damaged. I called customer service to report the problem. They offered to call me back so I didnt have to pay for the call. Within three days, a new unit was shipped which will arrive this coming Thursday. The one thing I would like to see fixed is functionality of the web site with Netscape and other browsers. I had to switch to my laptop which runs Internet Explorer to place the order.

The outside packaging was a little beat up in shipping but the cabinet was well protected by packing materials and was in perfect condition. The only complaint I have about this product is it had to be assembled. Not a big deal, but I do not believe that was mentioned in the product description. I would recommend a purchase from them, but keep in mind, the product may come in pieces.
